Recipe Folio costs $3.99 through the App Store. Apple handles the payment. Their standard EULA applies.
What's included
Everything. All current features and future updates. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no additional fees from us.
About the formatting
Recipe Folio uses AI to turn recognized text into structured recipes. It does a good job most of the time, but it's not perfect. Ingredients can get misread, quantities might be off, steps could end up out of order. Always glance over the result before you cook — especially for allergens or anything where precision matters.
If you use the OpenAI fallback
That's between you and OpenAI. You create the account, you provide the key, you're responsible for any costs. We don't manage, monitor, or have access to your OpenAI account. Their terms apply to that usage.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is. We do our best to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee that text recognition or AI formatting will always be accurate.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages from using the app — whether that's a formatting error, lost data, or costs from third-party services.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes get posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after that means you're okay with the changes.
